As we are located in the Vinschgau region, where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation, we have designed the program so that participants will also experience some of our beautiful area. The morning is always reserved for outdoor activities, and the afternoon is dedicated to culinary practice and theory. It would be a shame to spend our beautiful winter days just indoors.
