Our vegetarian hotel in Italy
Something self-picked from the vegetable garden, something crispy from our bakery, something seasonal from the neighbouring farm. And a glass of South Tyrolean wine to go with it. In our restaurant in Mals, we serve what nature and the seasons give us. We then conjure up lunch dishes for busy workers and the relaxing hotel guest. In the evening, you can choose from menus from traditional South Tyrolean cuisine or from wholefoods rich in vital substances, as well as a raw vegetable and salad buffet, for which our vegetarian hotel in Italy is well-known.
