Restaurant and Healthiness

It is important for us to offer a healthy, regional and seasonal kitchen. Every day our guests can choose between a classical meal on the basis of meat and a vegetarian whole food meal.

The meals include three courses each and an additional rich buffet of salads and raw vegetables, what we are famous for.

We’re famous beyond the borders for our whole food meals according to Dr Bruker. Sonja Sagmeister is a trained health promoter. She has improved her proficiency as a cook in many restaurants.

On application we prepare animal protein free meals.
