Vegetarian and Whole Food
“Leave the food as natural as possible!” Following this statement by Prof. Dr. Werner Kollath, we try daily to create flavoursome whole food dishes which are rich in vitamins and other nutrients. These dishes are good for all those of you who want to stay and become healthy.
The biggest part of our ingredients comes from biological farmers from South Tyrol and the upper Italian area. A part from the vegetables, salads and herbs comes from our own kitchen garden.
Our home-made whole wheat bread with native types of grains is very well known. In our bakery we use spelt, rye, wheat and buckwheat.
